The Bell Hotel site has been occupied by an Inn for centuries with King George II staying here in 1737.

The Bell Hotel has already developed a strong reputation for the excellence of its food. On offer is fine dining at the new Butterflies Restaurant and a more casual seasonal menu available in our Parlour and the Suffolk Punch Bar.  We also offer a daily changing 3 course Market Luncheon using locally sourced and seasonal produce.

While at The Bell Hotel you will have the opportunity to sample some of the finest local meats, fish, produce and cheeses, many sourced within 10 miles of Saxmundham.

The Bell Hotel is under new ownership. Our aim is to provide the highest standards of service but with informality, eccentricity and quirkiness.
