The Bell Hotel Bar:
The place to sample the local atmosphere (and the Adnams real ale), made more cosy in winter by the open log-fire.

The Bell Hotel has a temperature-controlled keg-room, and a reputation for 'knowing how to look after their beer'.  As a 'freehouse', The Bell offers a selection of real Ales, including, of course, Adnams.

The Wicker Lounge:
A pre-dinner drink or after-dinner coffee and liqueurs can also be enjoyed in the tranquil (non-smoking) conservatory-style Lounge or, in fine weather, in the hotel Courtyard outside.

The Hotel Courtyard:
Also the place to enjoy relaxed summer breakfasts and informal, al fresco lunches.

As an alternative to formal dining, light meals created to compliment the cuisine in the Restaurant are served from The Bell Hotel Bar at lunchtime (12.00 noon until 2.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday).

We would also be pleased to accommodate your guests for a longer stay - ‘block-booking’ room-rates (when 6 or more rooms booked) are available to function-organisers and businesses.

The Dining Room and the Function Room can each accommodate 30 people seated. Alternatively, the Function Room can accommodate up to 40 people for a buffet-event or theatre-style Conference.

In addition, we will make every effort to cater for any guests with special dietary requirements - please discuss the details with the Chef in advance.
